Sigma mixer available in a wide range of models from 200 to 3,000 [liters] capacity, designed for normal to very heavy duty applications that require high power and structural strength of the machine.
the mixing tank
The mixing tank is of the double cradle type with auger housing for extraction of the product and is complete with jacket for the circulation of heating or cooling of the dough. Within it, thanks to the arms sigma differentiated and counter-rotating speed, the mixing of raw materials takes place: these types of arms are particularly well known for the mixing efficiency and cutting of materials, for the excellent and fast dispersion and mixing of all the raw materials loaded either manually or automatically. The mixing tank is fixed and the product discharge takes place via the mixed extraction screw that, during the mixing phase, rotates in the reverse direction with respect to the exhaust phase. The lid may be hinged and counterbalanced, sift-proof; alternatively can be made fixed, removable manually.
All parts in contact with the product can be produced in 304 / 304L stainless steel, 316 / 316L and / or recognized high mechanical strength steels suitable for contact with food substances.
electrical equipment
All installed engines, seats inside the structure of the machine, are supplied with bimetallic, weather sealing and IP55 protection.
The control panel, normally located on the front of the mixing machine, has standard buttons and cycle indicator lights, the emergency button, the timer for the control of mixing time, the counter, the controller for display of the dough temperature.
the electric cabinet, which also contains all of the power equipment and auxiliary services, can be positioned on the machine or adjacent kneader.
mechanical transmission
The mechanical transmission of this mixer has been optimized in order to obtain a simple set, easily accessible for maintenance operations, but without affecting the strength which remains at the top of the category.
The mixing arms and the screw conveyor for extraction of the product are independently actuated by a gearmotor.
