This machine is designed to cut, in straight lines, equal pieces at different angles all food product of medium hardness like paste inside your round or rectangular trays which haven’t a perfect bottom face.
* A natural movement of the knife insure a perfect cutting edges. Also SAMTEC designed this movement in a way to cut the product and lay on the bottom face of the tray without scratching it. Therefore the life time of the knife will last much more longer.
* The operations are controlled by a PLC and high-tech sensors to insure a high precision cutting sizes.
* A digital display allow an easy data entrance and human/machine communication.
* Autonomic functioning, where the operator don’t have to stand on the machine when it’s running. Only he have to put and take off the trays.
