A line can be composed by: automatic hydraulic guillotine, feeding and rugs and carpet extraction of triage.

Operating principle:

Put the full burden on top of a carrier that forwards to the guillotine. The guillotine detects the load automatically and brings down the blade to cut. The piece of plastic cut is forwarded to a transporter which takes you into the sieve of separation. At the same time the burden moves again to the guillotine for cutting another piece. The cut material enters the sieve that by rotating, separating and forwarding plastic pieces at the same time that the trash falls to a haulier from collecting the forwards to container.  The plastic Recycling line follows along the sieve being unloaded in a carrier that the raises to the triage area. The screening zone is placed on a platform with several jobs where operators are selecting the material to reject the process and put in pipelines that feeds into big-bags or containers.
