This production line includes two sets of decoilers, for up and down separately. Each set of decoiler includes coil car with V type material holder，hydraulic station，assistant supporter and main decoiler

Each decoiler includes coiling block, machine base and transmission system, it adopts hydraulic cantilever expanding and has hydraulic cylinder centering adjusting device

Decoiler has material pressing unit, which is fixed above with the angle 30-40°, avoid collision with up machine frame

Coiling block：4 pcs of nesting with the sizes of 508mm and 610mm，when inner diameter of steel coil changes from 508mm to 610mm, fix 4 pieces of arc board onto the primary decoiler by thread, expanding is controlled automatically

Drive system：Positive and negative rotation carries out the uncoiling and recoiling, the main shaft of decoiler is driven by motor and reduction box to uncoil and recoil. When active uncoiling，the speed can be synchronous with production line, there is ultrasonic wave detecting for machine frameing the speed of main line, whole process is frequency conversion controlled

Center adjusting device：Subject to the center line, fix scale plate and seam allowance at the position of 75mm both left and right. The center line of steel coil is according to the center of production line. There is clear sign ruler. The adjusting of coil center is achieved by hydraulic oil cylinder, the operation is very convenient

Assistant supporter：During the production of continuous line, it needs to reduce the connection of steel coils, so the loading requirement of decoiler is high. Meanwhile, in order to avoid the drooping of main shaft and off-machine frame of steel coil, decoiler adopts assistant supporter to guarantee the loading of 10T coil without the deformation of main shaft. The assistant supporter of decoiler adopts quick hinge type, operation is very convenient, so that the production line will not stop during the connection of steel coils’ ends. In order to meet the requirement of quick changing when the steel coil is small, this machine adopts V type assistant clamping to reduce the stroke of oil cylinder, so that the coils can be changed quickly without stopping machine. Above mentioned measures can guarantee the changing time of steel coil within 45 seconds
