Enables to monitor operation of cutters, vacuum tumblers, injectors and smokehouses. With the program it is possible to observe remotely on a screen and to save on a PC computer, all technological data of cutter’s work, such as:

name and number of current programme
number of batch
number of operating personnel
time of process
rpm. of bowl
rpm. of knives
vacuum in cutter’s bowl
temperature of stuffing
amount of added water
current alarms
status of device (device working mode)
monitored data can be displayed in a form of an interactive window or a diagram of work in time-function.
All monitored data can be saved as a file in a memory of a computer. In the event of an emergency the data can be retrieved by the monitoring program.
