Automatic Tissue Processor Lupetec brand Model PT-09 is used for automatic histological tissue sample preparation, teeth, bones and other materials.

It  is a  Carrousel  type ,robust and easy to handle equipment, mounted on tubular plate frame with a high resistance plastic resin finishing. External finishing in white resistant to a laboratorial environment and to products such as Xylene.

Micro-processed LCD central panel, which controls all functions such as: Date, Time and Year and  the adjust of parameters and configuration settings. Daily schedule of 24 hours and time delay for weekends or holidays.  Variable programming, with selectable time intervals according to the need of the operator.  Adjustable control of time and speed of change of bath  allowing the total flow and avoiding at maximum the contamination from a bathe to another. Own battery lasting up to 10 years which allows the protection of data, even in the absence of electricity.
Continuous operation for + /- 20 minutes even in the absence of electricity. Power supplied by Nobreak that can vary according to the capacity of the Nobreak used.
Protection sensors that control the temperature individually of the paraffin mugs, with audible and visual alarm to protect from over or under heating of the paraffin. Protection system that does not allow to make the passage of the last Xylene bathe to the paraffin, if the temperature does not agree with the parameter selected by the operator.
Automatic Stop System at the end of the cycle.
 Store up to 09 protocols with programs pre-selected by the operator.
 Capacity for 10 (ten) chemical bathes and 02 (two) paraffin bathes, totaling 12 bathes.
 Bathing with sealing cap that prevents from evaporation avoiding at maximum the contamination of the environment. Capacity of 2000 ml for each bathe with temperature made in the panel control, adjustable up to 80 ° C and sensitivity of + or - 1 degree.

Stainless steel basket with capacity up to 100 plastic cassettes, with the possibility of using 02 baskets, totaling approximately  200 plastic cassettes as a full load. 3rd basket available on request!
