VISORLINE is an orbital inspecting system which is characterised by its placing bottles into special baskets and locking them axially by means of a centering cup. The baskets are connected according to the machine pitch, to a rotating chain which leads the bottles downwards. In this phase bottles pass by a light source which allows the operator to check them. The defective bottles are manually removed by the operator or automatically rejected through a pneumatic expulsion system, activated by a series of buttons, one for each basket. The operator pushes the button corresponding to the bottle to reject, which is expulsed and and sent to the waste collecting conveyor. It is also available the version with grippers that hold the bottles in their neck, instead of the traditional baskets; such grippers are fixed - according to the machine pitch - on the motion chain which lets them turn so that bottles are overturned downwards.
