PU panel with cam lock type is produced by mould , pu panel connectes by cam lock, a wide application on smalls and medium size cold room and freezer room.

Insulated PU panel is commonly used as the cold storage panels due to its good performance on mechanical, chemical, biological and moisture properties. With polyurethane foam sandwiched between the two metal sheet, polyurethane has the excellent insulation performance , We are engaged in manufacturing reliable PU sandwich panels in different specifications for cold storage.
Cold Storage Panel is universally acknowledged the best material of heat insulation and heat preservation nowadays and it can perform a good anticorrosion, antirust and anti-weathering.
Polyurethane foam plastics thermal stability is quite good, when the temperature is lower than 120℃, the volume and the intensity have no obvious change, its Thermal conductivity is small, when the density is 0.03kg/m3, the heat conductivity is only 63J(m.h.k) (15cal/m.h.k).
Cold room panels with different thickness are applied for different temperature requirements.
